What are the arrival and departure times at the Apart6580?
On the day of your arrival in St. Anton am Arlberg, your apartment will be ready for check-in from 3pm. We know that it’s hard to say goodbye to the Arlberg and to our holiday apartments, but we kindly ask you to check out by 10am on the day of your departure. Unfortunately, a late check-out is not possible, but we will be happy to store your luggage while you enjoy St. Anton and the surrounding alpine world to the full.
Handing over the keys on arrival – what’s to know?
On your arrival in St. Anton am Arlberg, we will welcome you at the reception of our apartment hotel. After check-in and registration, you will also receive your key. For your convenience, we will show you our facilities and accompany you to your holiday apartment. We will also be pleased to answer any questions you may have and assist you with tips on planning your recreational activities in and around St. Anton am Arlberg.
How can you reach us when the reception is not occupied?
At Apart6580 in St. Anton we want you to enjoy your freedom. Our reception is not occupied round the clock, but in an emergency, you can reach us via the speed dial 9 on the telephone from every apartment.L
How far are restaurants and supermarkets from the Apart6580?
Our apartment hotel lies within easy reach of shops, restaurants, recreational facilities and the Arlberg nature! Both the nearest supermarket and restaurant are within six minutes’ walk. Visitors can choose from a huge variety of culinary experiences, ranging from cosy snack bars to rustic inns to excellent restaurants.
How often are the apartments cleaned?
Your accommodation is cleaned every day. This usually happens when you are out exploring St. Anton and its surroundings. On your return, your bed will be made, and you can relax in your clean apartment!L
Travelling with babies: Are the holiday apartments child and baby-friendly?
You can leave the highchair and cot at home; we will prepare everything for you and your children in our apartments. Please let us know that you’re travelling with small children when making your reservation!
Is there a special service for allergy sufferers?
For guests who are allergic to animal hair, we would like to mention that pets are not allowed in our apartments. On request, we will happily provide special anti-allergy bed linen. In addition, our accommodation in St. Anton has wooden floors and is therefore most suitable for allergy sufferers.
At what times is it possible to relax in the sauna area?
What could be better than relaxing in the sauna after a day’s adventures in the snow or after a varied hike in the Arlberg region? The Apart6580 features a Finnish sauna and a 65° soft sauna. In winter, both saunas are open from 3pm to 8pm. In summer, relaxation in the heat is possible from 3pm to 7pm. Children also have access to both relaxation areas.
Do you offer massages at the Apart6580?
Yes, on request we are happy to arrange in-room massages in your design apartment.
Are towels, bathrobes and slippers for the sauna available?
Yes, you will find fresh towels as well as cosy bathrobes and slippers in your apartment! We provide everything for you to enjoy our small, fine wellness area.
How does the bread roll service work?
Freshly baked rolls or crusty brown bread waiting for you in the morning directly at your apartment door? Take advantage of our convenient bread roll delivery service. Just tell our reception by 6pm on the day before and the next morning you’ll wake up to the smell of freshly baked rolls. The delicious baked goods will be waiting for you from 6.30am.
Winter holidays at the Apart6580: How far are the ski slopes and ski rental?
Sports enthusiasts and mountain fans can simply walk to the nearest ski slope in winter. The nearest ski lift, the Nassereinbahn gondola, is only one minute from our apartments. Also, the ski rental is just a few steps from the Apart6580.
The best thing about the immediate proximity to the Arlberg ski area? After an eventful day on the slopes around St. Anton, you can ski down right to the doorstep of the Apart6580. Before heading into the hot sauna, you can safely store your ski or snowboard equipment in the in-house ski depot.
Summer holidays at the Apart6580: Where is the nearest bike rental?
In addition to hikes, walks and summit tours, the Arlberg summer is also ideal for both mountain biking AND road cycling. Renting a bike during your stay at our apartments is simple and convenient: The bike rental "Sport Alber" is just around the corner and offers a huge selection of bikes and e-bikes to hire.
Is parking available at the Apart6580? Where is the nearest e-charging point?
There is one parking space per apartment available in the underground car park. The garage also features an e-charging point protected from wind and weather which our guests can use for free.
Are dogs allowed at the Apart6580?
Pets are not allowed in our holiday apartments.
